All prices are inclusive of VAT, and are correct at the time of entering the information into the system. We reserve the right to change the prices of goods at any time.
Prices charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company. International customers will also be liable for any customs or import duty charges that may be applied.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation, and no order will be processed before this has taken place. Customers will be notified immediately if payments are not authorised.
Please note that we require a valid telephone number and e-mail address when orders are being placed. Failure to provide these may result in the order being cancelled.
Once orders have been placed they cannot be modified in any way. Any cancellations required must be confirmed by telephone immediately after the order has been placed.
Some of our items are available for Pre orders, you will be given an estimated date of arrival on the product. This is only an estimate of when the product may arrive into us. All pre orders are payment in full with order, any orders that we are unable to for fill will be given a full refund.
We make every effort to ensure that our products are displayed accurately on our website. However, please note that colours may vary slightly depending upon the quality of your computer monitor. Some prints may vary from style to style which helps to keep some pieces unique.
All sizes indicated on our site are UK sizes, and are approximate. Please contact us if you have any sizing queries.
We make every effort to ensure that all product information is accurate and up to date, but reserve the right to refuse an order where product information, including prices, have been entered incorrectly.
All goods on our website are subject to availability. If an item ordered has sold out, you will be immediately notified and refunded in full.
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all items bought online when returned within 14 days of receiving your original order.
Currently we do not cover your shipping back to us. We are happy to accept for return any garment that is unworn and still has security tags and labels attached. The returned item needs to be dispatched back to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
Please ensure the returns sheet is correctly filled out correctly, if you have any problems please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please indicate on the sheet if you would like a return or an exchange, if you would like an exchange please specify which item you would like to exchange it with.
Your payment will be processed once we are happy that the garment is unworn, the payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.
Returns refunds are processed within 7-10 working days of receiving an item, we cannot take responsibility for the processing time from the banks in some cases this can take up to 7 days and we have no influence over this.
All UK orders are sent on a Next Working Day Delivery service, providing they are ordered before the 2pm cut off. Any orders to the UK placed after 2pm will be sent on the next working day on the same service.
We use Royal Mail recorded delivery and all items are tracked.
Where an item is available for next day delivery it will state this on the product.
We do not deliver on public or bank holidays; any orders placed over a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Deliveries to countries outside of the UK are sent on our International service, and these orders can take between 5 – 10 working days to arrive (country dependant).

While we endeavor to deliver within the allotted time we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the designated country. Any refunds made from international purchases will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
